Carol's Curried Meatballs


2 lb. Ground beef
1 Egg
1/3 c. Milk

1 1/4 c. Soft bread crumbs
1 or 2 tsp. Curry powder
2 tsp. Garlic powder
2 tsp. Grated onion


Combine all ingredients but the BBQ sauce. Shape into small balls and fry slowly. Drain off fat. Drizzle with BBQ Sauce. Simmer for 5 min.
