1/2 c. butter 1/4 cup sugar 5 Tbsp. cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg 2 cups graham wafer crumbs 1 cup coconut Icing 1/4 c. butter 2 Tbsp. custard powder 2 cups icing sugar 3 Tbsp. milk 1 square semi-sweet chocolate 1 Tbsp. butter
Put first 5 ingredients in a bowl over hot water and beat until smooth and creamy. Combine graham wafer crumbs and coconut and add to above. Pack into a 9"" square pan. Combine butter, custard powder, icing sugar and milk and ice the squares. Melt together the semi-sweet chocolate and butter and spread on top. Allow to set for several hours before serving.
