Mark's Favorite Fruit Dumplings


3 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour 
3 Tbsp. butter
10 oz. cottage cheese
4-6 Tbsp. milk


Mix all ingredients, adding flour or milk to make a stiff dough. Knead and roll out dough. Cut into squares and roll around slices of fresh fruit. (apples, peaches, pineapple, etc.) Boil for I5 to 20 min. Serve hot with a sprinkle of brown sugar and a dab of butter.
