3 lb. round steak(1/2"" slices) 6 Tbsp. hot mustard 1/4 c. chopped onion 6 slices bacon 3 Tbsp. shortening 2 c. water 1 c. chopped celery 2 Tbsp. parsley
Pound steak to 1/4"" thick , and cut into 4x8"" rectangles Spread with mustard and sprinkle with chopped onion, salt and pepper. Lay bacon down centre and roll and tie. Heat shortening and brown the rolls. Set aside. Put water, celery, and parsley in pan. Simmer rolls 1 hour, covered. Make gravy.
