Jackie's Stir-fried Liver


1 lb. liver 
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic powder 
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion 
1 1/2 tsp. soya sauce 


Cut liver into I"" squares and coat with flour and garlic salt. Brown quickly in hot oil (in a wok or heavy skillet). Add mushrooms and stir fry till meat is evenly browned. Add chopped onion and soya sauce. Cook 6 to 10 min.


Jackie says this is the best way to cook liver - even the kids like it.
