2 1/2 to 3 lb. Chicken, cut up 2 c. Melted butter 2 c. Crushed corn flakes or potato chips 2 tsp. Garlic salt pepper to taste
Dip chicken pieces in melted butter and coat with a mixture of corn flakes and spices. Put on a greased cookie sheet skin side up. Pour remaining butter and crumb mixture over top. Bake at 375F for 1 hour.
