Jeanine’s Green Bean Salad

Ingredients

1/4 cup vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
small jar of pimentos
2 Tbsp. liquid from a bottle of pimentos
1 lb. green beans, cooked
1 onion, sautéed

Method

Mix all ingredients and marinate for 2 hours before serving. Can also add a chopped red pepper.
