Mom's Sauerkraut Salad

Ingredients

32 oz. Jar wine sauerkraut, drained
2 c. Chopped celery
1 c. Chopped green pepper
3 chopped onions
1/2 c. Sugar
1 c. Vinegar

Method

Combine all ingredients and let stand overnight. Keeps refrigerated for two weeks.
