Pat graham wafer crust into bottom and one inch up sides of a spring-form pan,. Heat oven to 325. Separate eggs and beat whites till stiff. Add 1/4c. sugar - set aside. Beat egg yolks (without washing beaters) until thick, add sour cream and vanilla - beat. Add 3/4 c sugar, flour and salt. Gradually add cream cheese beat until smooth. Fold in egg whites and spoon into pan. (don't pour) Bake 70 min., Cool then chill in fridge. Remove from pan and serve with fresh fruit.
