1 lb. sausage meat 1/4 cup butter 2 onions, diced several stalks of celery, diced 12 to 15 cups bread cubes 1 tsp. salt 4 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 can sliced mushrooms
Fry meat and drain. Add butter, onions, and celery and sauté. Add remaining ingredients and enough chicken or turkey broth to moisten. Stuffs an 18 lb. bird.
