Mom's Mince Tarts

Ingredients

pie pastry
mincemeat

Method

Roll pastry and cut in 3 inch rounds. Place 1 Tbsp. of mincemeat on bottom round. Cover and seal around edges with a fork. Prick tops. Bake at 450F for about 15 minutes or until nicely golden. Serve warm.
