(multiply by 4 for the gang) 1 loaf frozen bread dough 1 clove garlic 1/4 tsp. basil 4 oz. shredded mozzarella salad oil 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 c. Parmesan 1c. cottage cheese 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. oregano 1 egg
Thaw bread or make our own. Let rise till double. Cook beef with garlic and spices. Spoon off fat. Stir in Parmesan and cottage cheese, egg and set aside. Turn out dough and cut in 6 pieces. Roll in 7"" circles - spread with 1/2 c. meat mixture on one side of circle. Top with 1 tsp. Mozzarella. Moisten edges with water and fold. Bake at 450F for I5 min.
