steak soya sauce flour salt and pepper carrot, onion, mushrooms, green peppers
Cut steak into thin strips. Sprinkle with a little soya sauce. Let stand 1 hour or so. Mix flour, salt, and pepper and coat steak strips. Brown in cooking oil. Precook a few carrots and add with onion, mushrooms, and strips of green pepper. Brown slightly. Add a small amount of water and simmer. Don't overcook. (Serve with rice)
