Perfect Pastry (2 crust)

Ingredients

2 c. flour 
1 tsp. salt 
2/3 cup lard
1/4 cup ice water 
1 Tbsp. vinegar 

Method

Mix flour and salt together. Dice the cold lard and crumble into the flour. Mix in ice water mixed with vinegar only until the flour is moistened.
