Lemon Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
dash of salt and nutmeg
2 cups boiling water
4 Tbsp. margarine
5 Tbsp. lemon juice
grated rind of a lemon

Method

Mix dry ingredients. Stir in water. Cook until thickened. Add margarine and lemon juice. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
